By accessing or using Forex Session Journal ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
Use of Service
Forex Session Journal provides a trading journal, session tracker, and analytics tools for educational purposes. You may use the Platform for personal, non-commercial trading journaling. You agree not to misuse the Platform or attempt to access areas beyond your authorization.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
Free & Pro Plans
The free plan includes limited features and up to 30 trade entries. The Pro plan provides unlimited trades and additional features for a monthly fee. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to modify plan features and pricing with notice.
Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all trade data, notes, and screenshots you enter into the Platform. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your trading data.
No Financial Advice
Forex Session Journal is an educational tool. We do not provide financial advice, trading signals, or investment recommendations. Trading forex involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
Limitation of Liability
Forex Session Journal is provided "as is" without any warranty. We are not liable for any trading losses, data loss, or damages arising from use of the Platform. You use the Platform at your own risk.
Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the settings page.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
